Our four-person leadership bench — Raj Swami, Jeff Fairfax, Buvi Raj, and Jackie Farahdel — carries 80+ years of combined operating experience across executive management, sales, finance, accounting, technology, resource management, and talent acquisition. Most of those years happened inside this company.

Raj founded 3i People in Alpharetta in 2002 and has been CEO ever since. Jeff has led sales through five Inc. 5000 honoree years. Buvi oversees resource management and the offshore engineering bench. Jackie owns business development across all six staffing practices — IT Resources, Engineering Staffing, Enterprise, Creative & Marketing, Professional Staffing, and Legal Staffing.

Our domestic team averages 10 years of tenure on the same accounts (3 years offshore); on enterprise programs like Cox Communications, we’ve fielded the same recruiting team for 14 years and 1,000+ placements.
