Talent acquisition at communications scale — 18 states, multiple business units.
Cox Communications needed a partner who could meet high-volume IT and Professional contractor requirements across 18 states, integrate cleanly into supply chain management and senior executive review, and deliver inside an MSP program that gave every supplier 30 days to prove they could keep up.

The Approach
We examined the data, rebuilt our process around Cox's actual scorecard, and stood up a blended onshore/offshore recruiting team to identify the best talent at the speed Cox needed.
